Polityka zwrotów i refundacji
1) General Rules
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are possible within the deadlines and according to the procedure described below.
Custom-made or personalized items: Returns and exchanges are not possible. (Exception — specific discount mechanism in case of a proven defect, see §6.)
Standard items (ready-made masks): Returns are possible.
2) Return Deadlines
EU / United Kingdom: 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order (as required by Directive 2011/83/EU).
USA: 30 calendar days.
Other countries: 14 calendar days, or longer if explicitly required by local law.
3) Return Procedure
Send an email to gluckartmask@gmail.com with the subject: “Return order [number]”.
Wait for our confirmation and instructions.
Send the item to: Brzeska 24, 618, 03-741 Warsaw, Poland.
Keep your receipt and tracking number. We may request photos or proof before you ship the item.
4) Costs and Refunds
Return shipping costs: Paid by the customer.
Refund amount: Only the price of the item — shipping costs and additional services are not refunded.
Legal exceptions: Where the law requires otherwise (e.g. EU customers — refund of the cheapest standard delivery).
Form of refund: Same payment method used for purchase, unless the customer agrees otherwise.
Refund timing: Up to 14 calendar days after the returned goods are received.
5) Condition of Goods
Returned goods must be in their original condition, unused, and preferably in the original packaging.
If items are used or damaged due to customer actions, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally to the loss in value.
6) Exceptions
Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized orders, gift cards (if applicable), and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if applicable).
Defective or damaged during delivery: Returns are not possible, but the customer is eligible for a 25% discount on a duplicate item.

8) Additional Conditions
Returns are accepted only if the return procedure (§3) is followed.
We do not accept returns sent via cash on delivery.
International customers are responsible for correct customs documentation — parcels must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods.”
